i read an article and it said "After Miami's loss in Dallas on Thursday, O'Neal was engaged in an MVP discussion as it related to the Mavericks' Dirk Nowitzki. O'Neal questioned how the media picks MVPs and said the award has been "tainted" the past two seasons. O'Neal was the runner-up for Nash's first MVP in 2005.".
DO YOU THINK SHAQ IS RIGHT?

Absolutely yes. Nash plays no defense. Hes a one dimensional player. Nash is easily the worst defender in MVP history. Shaq is absolutely right about this.

Obviously he's right since the media picks the MVP.

For example: let's say the MVP was picked by computer. Then, shaq says: the pick is tainted by the computer. He's absolutely, 100% correct.

The academy awards are tainted by the academy. True, true and true.

All star game voting is tainted by the fans. Yep!

Conversely, let's take presidential voting. If shaq says it was tainted by the British, then he would (normally) be wrong.

Why? Because poor Shaq didn't win? Someone has to pick awards and his choice (Nash) is as good a choice as any other.
