verdict is more than justified. if all parties resolve not to indulge
in political gamemanship.
Instead of karnataka treating tamilnadu as a drainage canal i.e.
letting surplus water out of its dams whenever they are near to
full capacity and IF tamilnadu stops whining about water
shortage when there is no water in catchment areas.
The farmers of both sides should hold talks and arrive at a
mutual conclusion. Politicians will always play for votes and is no
use depending upon them.
