I have had an all to active dreamlife lately. Lucid Vivid, Whoa...I need a nap while I'm sleeping. I managed to prevent a panic attack after waking around 4am.. three times in a row .. *sigh*

I think so, at least I have experienced it that way. I dream more the more tired I am. I have trouble with sleep anyways, so the nights that I am truly asleep all night the more vivid the dreams for me.
One night I dreamt that my husband was biting my stomach and the only way to get him to stop was to tell him I would buy a lottery ticket......how bizzarre, we don't usually play the lottery. Dreams seem really crazy to me and I remember them like they actually happened when I do sleep and have dreams.....
I woke up and was actually mad at him until I realized it was a dream and he wasn't biting my stomach. It is so weird....

Sometimes, but by then no dreams will come to me because the anxiety won't let me sleep. No rest for the wicked, they say.
