Crack/Cocaine and plenty of it!

Also try Methamphetamine, or Adderall (Amphetamine) or possibly Ritalin (Methylphenidate).

those will all surely help you tweek better. I mean uhh sleep better. Yah.

I'm just JOKING DONT DO THAT! Try BENADRYL 100mg or try Melatonin which is a health supplement and some sort of hormone adjusting sleep thing that works VERY well for many people. You can also try Valerian root which is also a health thing that comes in pills. It makes you sleepy too. Just don't take too much of any of these things I mentioned.

If you want names of a medication first try Trazadone, but there is a weird side effect that happens in less than 1% of men that causes their penis to get an erection and it doesn't go away and they need surgery and it can really damage the penis. So i dunno if you want to try it. I am a male and I used Trazadone and it really works well. But since I learned about the side effect I am too afraid to use it now even though the chances of it even happening are slim to none you are more likely to be hit by lightning but i dunno i love my dick :( It's also called DESYREL i think. But the chemical name is TRAZADONE. It's also a non-narcotic and NOT addictive in ANY WAY. Ambien can be addictive so can Lunesta. A doc will prescribe Trazadone easily because they know you cannot be addicted to it it's impossible. It also has anti-depressant effects as well. It worked wonders for me when I was in highschool!

I can't think of what else to recommend. I haven't tried anything else except Lunesta and it doesn't work and it gives you a horrible bitter taste in your mouth when you take it.

So...try natural stuff, Valerian root, Melatonin, or try Benadryl which you can get cheaply in a pharmacy over the counter it's usually near the tylenol and allergy meds. It's an anti-histamine it makes you drowsy. It works for me.

And then try Trazodone or some other type of prescription medication. Don't use Benzodiazepenes like Valium or Lorazepam they are addictive and only work for short amounts of time, then they lose effectiveness. Ditto for Ambien, and same for Lunesta.

Take care okay, get some sleep soon! Try Benadryl first it's the easiest to find. But make sure it doesn't interact with any other meds you take. When you take something always make sure your medications dont interact badly together by looking up interactions on the internet. Go to www.rxlist.com and type in the name of a medication your on and it will tell you likely interactions that could be harmful okay? Get your snooze on :)

Excersise, reading and melatonin are natural cures. A lot of people drink themselves to sleep which works but you dont get the actual REM sleep you need. Ambien works unless you have a tolerance or are not using it correctly. The best way to use Ambien is to take it on an empty stomach and lay in bed with your eyes closed. Unless you have a very serious medical condition your body knows when to shut down. Its OK to not get eight hours of sleep every night. The legnth of eight hours is how much sleep a very active person should allow for themselves, but you could get by with less sleep depending on your life style. The main benefit we get from sleep as opposed to rest , is the organization of memory durring the REM stage of a sleep cycle.

The more you stress about not sleeping, the more you will not sleep. Call your doctor. They will give you the best advice.
