my bf and i broke up 3 days ago, and havent spoke since. he'd usually call me back my now, so i really dont know if i should keep my hopes up. we've been together for almost a year (11 months) and were really close. but things got pretty heavy the other night and i'm starting to doubt we'll ever speak again..which is pretty insane for me to even think about. i wont contact him before he conatcts me though. think he'll call?

After 3 days, I don't think you should even accept a call. If he really wanted to make amends he would have called sooner to say he needed time. But at this point I think it is safe to say he is getting his fill of other girls and will call only after he is bored with going crazy.
I say, go out and have fun - don't wait around for him!

i know all of us girls expect the guy to call back after an ugly episode but think about this...has he always been the one calling after an argument...be honest...i think that we should all for at least ONE time swallow our pride. If you really care about him and love him and know he feels the same way, why throw away an opportunity to make things better. Do you realize how many of us make the mistake of losing someone we love or solving a problem with someone that means a lot to us just because of our stupid pride. Go for it and call him. I wish you the best of luck!

you guys will eventually have to talk. depending on what exactly happened to cause the break-up (cheating, lying, abuse?)then you might expect to not talk again. why wont you call him? almost a year is quite a long time and especially if you guys talked on a daily basis, this is not good for either of you and you need to talk and come to an "agreement" on what the future hold for your relationship. either way, I wish yo luck, but if you're thinking about this and it's bothering you, you should just swallow your pride and call him. just don't let him think that your calling to apologize or whatever. just let him know that you guys need to talk and decide what's going to happen with your relationship.

if you love him call him, dont make the guy do all the work. Go after your man, u could lose him, thats how i lost my boyfriend of 3 years. long story. But anyways back to the point, call him...he could be thinking the same exact thing that you are thinking.
