if you r refering to an application in which u cna use html codes
then just use notepad and write the codes and save it with the extesion .htm or .html and run it.
u can also use frontpage.
if you mean were is the html source, will my friend it is a script and the source is embeded in the windows library u can into view it.

not every one has front page. if you want an html text editor use notepad or wordpad. for a free html editor you can down load one from note tab light.com
