if my heart cries, there is no way I can hold back my tears. I have to let 'em fall...

Depends on the situation, but I usually just let them fall. The only time I hold them back is when I think that my tears will have a negative effect on others. Why spread the sadness...

Depends on the situation. If I'm by myself I let them flow because its the best way for me to deal with the cause of the tears, if I'm with other people or someone might see me, I hold them back and wait till I'm by myself.

let them fall by all means. If anyone thinks you are weak because you shed a tear they are the insecure ones. I am a male of 36 years of age and if I need to shed a tear then it is on. Not ashamed to tell it.

Ive never been able to hold them back and I cry really, really easily! It can be a bit of an embarassing problem sometimes! My hubby thinks its hilarious and everybody watches me during the sad parts of movies to see if Im crying yet, fortunately Im quiet, no sobbing just great big tears rolling down my face!

Even being a female, I try in public to hold them back. My sister & I have a saying, "We don't cry pretty". With so many deaths in our family lately, I'm getting a bit stressed trying to hold back.

I havent cried in so long I think I have forgotten how...
maybe if someone did something really horrible to me like key my car I could shed a tear... but I dont think anyone is prepared to walk that line
