As long as live sperm get into the vaginal opening you have a chance to get pregnant.

Yes, on 2 counts. Having intercourse can lead to pregnancy, even without ejaculation inside the vagina, as pre-*** contains sperm although not as much as ejaculate. So you could get pregnant from having intercourse alone. It would also be possible to fall pregnanct from rubbing ejaculate into the vaginal area after intercourse as sperm can survive for a short time outside of the body.

Sure you can. Sperm shouldn't be on, in or around your vagina. While it's less likely... it's not impossible. If you are having intercourse, even before he ejaculates you can still get pregnant.
