you cant, you have to give your heart time to heal. i was involved with someone for a 3 1/2 yrs and hes moved on several times and even gotten engaged. i am still in love with him, though i dont want to be, my heart just hasnt moved on yet. you have to let it run its course. some would suggest just finding someone to make u feel better (hooking up, casual sex, whatever) but i think thas foolish. try focusing more on yourself (maybe change your look , buy yourself a treat, whatever it is that builds your confidence), focus more on work, friends, family, your religion etc. all the things that may have been on the back burner while u were dedicated to ur boyfriend. sorry, i know the pain u must feel. it will get better

Well I don't speak from experience but relationships may just become dull as they slowly become a repeat cycle every day. You don't have to take my advice though. I HIGHLY RECOMEND CALLING LOVE-LINE WITH DR.DREW AND STRIKER (striker is the funny one). IT IS A RADIO SHOW THAT WILL HELP YOU SOO MUCH

Dr.Drew is probably one of the most all-around educated people I have ever seen or heard of. He has had a show on MTV, he has played small parts in movies, and has a radio show that broadcasts all over the U.S. He's especially smart with relationships, drugs, sex, and sexual organs. Call him up.

This one is easy. When people tell you that they love you but are NOT IN LOVE with you that means that they want to screw other people.
I read it plenty of times on this forum. Usually its the women that utter this stupid line.

u cant do anything about it...u cant force someone to love u either...so my advice try to forget...there's an end for everything...and i agree with other guy that he was honest enuf tot ell u he doesnt love u anymore...others will tell i love u but i cant be with u
