I have got cervical disc prolapse at C3-C4. Is it fine to exercise to lose weight with this condition?

i get pain and swelling in the nape of my neck and also pain in the fingertips of both hands.

Not unless you want all sorts of MAJOR damage to occur. YOur doctor should have expained all of that. If they didn't I would get a new doctor.

Cervical prolapse on c3 c4 I am amazed. Sorry you have cervical spondilytis gentle man. Doctor must have advised you to use cervical collar. No you can't do any exercise from which you give slightest stress to your neck. OK!
