In a normal ovulation period it is best to count the first day of your period as day one and have sex days 10-14 of that time. There are also ovulation predictor kits. For best results (though it is a bit expensive) buy one for every day until your following periods and keep track each month of your ovulation time. This will give you a time frame on when you ovulate.

So you are on day 10 of your cycle (if your period started on feb 16). Ovulation usually occurs around day 14. After day 14 theres not much chance of conceiving. So start now ...... and then again on day 12 and then again on day 14! Thats the best way. (sperm stays alive up to 3 - 5 days) Try to make sure you orgasm after partner does. I saw a show where they said this actually like flicks the sperm up into the vagina.
After intercouse stay in bed lying down.

I stood on my head as soon as we got done doin' the deed.
I guess if you want to get really funky....you could get on your head during mid flight of the sperm flock...hahaha

Have him not drink or smoke to get his sperm count up. If he wears tight underwear, have him switch to boxers for a while. Find out when you are ovulating and have a lot of sex.

about the 12th-14th day from the start of your last period is the best time to get preg
