I was a indy wrestler here in Bakersfield about 5 years ago. Wrestling is NOT scripted!!! The top wrestlers work out maybe one move before the match, the finisher, or maybe 1 or 2 high spots. The beginning is sometimes scripted but about 95% is done on the fly...With body positioning and verbal comands, they communicate. 95% of the moves are real (minus kicks,and some punches). So I say 95% of Wrestling is Real........

the "fighting" isnt real. some people used to think the original ecw was real thats why they almost didnt have there first ppv.

I think wrestling in ECW is real and extreme!

Not any more. ECW is now owned by WWE and the action is staged, scripted, choreographed, whatever you want to call it.

What people are thinking is that wrestling is legitimate, that these people are really fighting over titles, pride, even rights to Rey Mysterio's son.
ECW is just like Raw and SD now.

No it is scripted. Which means they practice the matches before they happen so they know what to do and who is going to win.
