You've got it all wrong, the labels don't look for artists, artists look for labels. You have to give it your BEST shot. That means taking lots of classes and lessons, practicing on your own 3 hours a day or more, and hiring yourself the best agent you can afford.

They are looking for music or a face that will sell you have to either be attractive or have a large fan base. They want $ all you have to do is prove to them that if they sign you you can make them money.
