I watched this somewhere years ago but haven't given it much thought since my computer sucked at that time but is it a good idea on a celeron 2.26 with just 256mb memory and is turned on almost 24/7

Would it yield more efficiency with the cooler system?

Summer's just around the corner and here where I live it gets really hot during summers

Is there anyone from the Philippines that have done this?

I wouldn't be worried about it...just throw an extra exhaust fan in there and you'll be fine.

liquid cooling is more or less a solution to cool down systems that run real hot...such as overclocking and such. if you're not running up your core chip voltage or clocking your bus beyond the normal specs it wouldn't get hot enough to worry about it.

My home system is water cooled out of necessity, the computer was in an enclosed space. The water cooling system not only dropped my operating temperature by over 20 degrees Fahrenheit but also lessened the amount of times I need to open the case to dust the system. Also, during the last three years I have had the water cooling, I have only needed to top off the reservoir tank once and that was with about 1/8 of a cup of water. One word of caution, make sure the system is fully tested before and after installing into your computer, one small leak can mean disaster for your system.

You system processor will run cooler but the tubing may hamper the ability to circulate air through the case for other components in the system (graphics cards, harddrives, etc.). Plus there is the extra expense of needing to run a pump to circulate the water through the system.

Yes keeping the system cooler does help. I would sink the money into buy more memory, at least another 256 MB instead. Chow

No, its not worth it.

A Celeron doesn't get as hot as other processors. And even the other processors don't NEED water cooling unless they're overclocked.
