What I did was research the programs they have, (i.e. Do they have a education abroad program? Are you interested in Medicine?) Then write, or email-email is probably faster-and you will get a response. The will throw their sales pitch and maybe you can get them to give you a free, couple nights stay to check out the campus. Just look around their website for a while, pick something that interests you and run with it.

To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Breeanna (last name) and I have heard wonderful things about your institution. I would like some more information about the college in general and information on your (put the course of study you're interested in) program.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Your Name
Address
Telephone Number

That's all you have to say--

Just say, "My name is Breeana and I was looking for more information on your college, please send me some."

Don't forget to include your address.

Don't think that you need to write a long, well thought out letter- it's a systematic process and they have hundreds of people requesting information every week.
