I think no country can guarantee that it will not go to war with any other nation. Can India say so? If that be such an easy thing to say, why should there be armies and armouries?

Attacking Iran would be a huge mistake. Massive numbers of Iranians would cross the border, even more Iraqis would turn against the US and the troops in Iraq would get slaughtered.
