how to a lessen the mB of my video size?

well I was trying to upload a 2 minute clip on youtube but I can't because it says something like "Maximum file size: 100 MB. Maximum length: 10 minutes." so I went on and checked the properties of my video and it says that my video has a 260 MB (273,398,408 bytes) space...so what should I do?

Use conversion software to convert it to much smaller size format like rmvb or wmv. try total video converter or easy real converter.

Compress your file with software Xvid or Div x to extent of your requirement.
