you can unpack it using winrar.

If you downloaded 4GB or so worth of rars (usually roughly 80 rars broken down in 47MB files) then you have the full dvd image. Unpack it with winrar and it will be an actual dvd image. You can burn it as a dvd iso. Or, mount it to a virtual drive if you want to preview it on your system.

If you downloaded 700MB worth of rars (14.XXMB file size chunks) then you got the divx or xvid compressed version. That you can load up in nero and burn using vcd mode. It'll handle the re-encoding and burning and you can watch on any progressive scan dvd player. The quality wouldn't really be as good as dvd but it is what it is...highly compressed video.

Extract that rar file and convert the file which is divx format or anyother format into a dvd file using power video converter or divx converter which is freely available in ddl2.com. after converting write those files on to a dvd using nero 7.0 burn burner version and selecting the option to encode the file as video dvd so that file can be opened in an dvd player or an equivalent players .

The file you have downloaded has been compressed by Winrar and you need to uncompress it - go here for the package: http://www.rarlab.com/ you can then burn the file onto DVD (assuming the film is not bigger than the capacity of your DVD disk.

Use WinRar to extract the file. The use Nero to make it into a DVD movie.
