If I have to complete a four month DUI program but im not in the country to due so what will happen if I dont return to complete it?

It really depends upon your state laws how many offenses,I would assume a little jail tim would definitely be in your future

The DUI program is court ordered if you do not go you can be put in jail and it will take you longer to get your license back.If for some reason you can not be in the county talk to your County Attorney he/she may be able to help you around it.

You need to clear it with the judge. Otherwise, it is doubtful you can even leave the country legally.
