when your 14 year old daughter has been watching internet porn and talking to strangers online and dating a 18 year old over the internet and plans on meeting him in person and try to kill herself with random medications and slits her wrist and other parts of her body and try to hang herself,when youve tried taking the computer away but she finds away to get online anyways when you punsihed her tothe highest extent and she continues to do these things?

This kid need major mental health treatment and she needs it yesterday! She has tried to kill herself and noone got her medical treatment???? She needs to have a psychiatric eval ASAP (any hosptial ER can do it) and probably in-patient treatment, you can worry about her deliquent behaviors after the bigger issues are addressed.
I used to work in child welfare and any further delay in seeking care for this child who clearly needs it could result in you being reported for child neglect (under medical neglect/failure to protect).

i really feel for you. She obviously doesn't understand how much she is hurting you and herself. The hard part is trying to get through to her
Get in touch with your local doctor and discuss your options eg. different therapists etc, although i'm sure if you mentioned this to her it would be the last thing she wanted. Maybe, if you discuss the possibility of seeing someone with her it might make her realize that your serious and what she is doing, IS serious.
Disconnecting the Internet is a start but wont make alot of difference. Getting professional help will, it sounds like she is depressed

It sounds like your approach isn't working. If you continue punishing her to the "highest extent" you're only going to make her dislike you more and continue to do these things. Try just talking to her about it, and how much she's worrying you. Counseling would be a very good thing to consider too.
Also, keep a very close eye on her. Especially when it comes to her 18 year old friend (if that's what he actually is) and the suicide attempts.

you have to sit with her and tlk to her without limits like her friend and try not to say no but try to find the negative situations to understand what does she think. don't take her p c cause she will continue and nothing will change but try to let her think about her tomorrow with her age and plannig for her future. and let her enter any sport club to be so busy and hate p.c and i will pray for you to know what is the right thing.

Take her to a councelor she needs one. Or you can try to hang out with her more. Or just cancel all internet connections.

you have lost control over her(i am not blaming you at all ) is there any one in her life that can control her ie father grandparents maybe she could go spend some time with them

send her to a home for wayward youths they have them all over...she sounds as though she needs a lot of mental help
