I do not know what have prompted BCCI to select Sachin as Vice-Captain. The senior most cricketer of the World cricket and most respected cricketer of our time has been awarded by selecting him as Vice Captain. It is shame.
Sachin should continue as a normal player. If question of Captaincy arises then he should be given the Captaincy not select him as Vice Captain.
Finally, as Captain Sourav Ganguly, most successful captain of India, was the natural choice. The next choice should be Sachin.

He is a shameless, greedy, money making, selfish guy, does not even deserves to be in the team leave aside the position of vice captain.
