ill start working as a call center coordinator in a company that offers total integrated technology solutions for
the electronic self-service banking and
payment systems in my country.. so what should I expect in this job !? and how i'm suppose to gain more skills in this field ?!

You should expect a great deal of training since call centers act as a very important contributor to the success of a company. Customer service is going to be your key focus in this sort of environment. Be sure to shadow a manager and learn all of the technological solutions that will be pertainent to your job. This will enable you to become a trainer for others that come after you. Direct your attention towards this goal and the ability to train will allow you to take a step towards management.

I would expect to be bored instantly, and to deal with morons on a daily basis.
