well, the kind of bone structure one has might be a genentic issue, that is you might have your mother or father's bone structure and if that is hte case, there is nothing you can do about it.
But you can build more bone density by doing a lot of exercise and eating foods rich in protein and vitamin D and generally good nutritional foods.

Bones are bones, there's no changing them. Its a case of increasing the muscle mass over them, perhaps increasing water and fat also will bulk you up. You have to build on what you have. Arms are good to work on with weights, you can really bulk up with heavy weights.

It is physically impossible unless Dr Nick Riviera (Simpson's) lol cosmetically has your leg thigh bones transplanted into your arms.
Mate they tried this to make people taller bone removal from one part of the body into leg bone they all ended up 2 inches taller only as cripples or there legs had to be amputated from infection.

you know, a friend of mine had the same problem, so he wrapped a broomstick (just the stick) in rubber and asked me to hit him with it constantly, (not too hard, hard enough to strenghten bones) So i did and for a month or two I would hit his ribs, and forearms to give strenght to the bones (it worked, he could parry a strong kick with his forearms)

I doubt you can. That's just genetics. Take a lot of calcium maybe? That would probably just give you a kidney stone though.
