i hit everybody when i become angry..girl,boy,black ot white no diff..what should i do?

i hav anger problem and i know its wrong..but i dont wanna go to doctor or somethin like tht..but i know i hav serious problem i even hit my 12 y old brother whn he make me angry..im 18 wht should i do?

It's good that you are seeking help because you need to stop before you hurt someone and/or get arrested and/or go to jail and/or get beaten up or killed yourself. You are no longer a minor, and the courts will not treat you as if you had a simple illness; they'll treat you like a common criminal.

You should see a counselor or psychiatrist. Maybe you have some underlying disorder that could be treated with therapy (behavioral, cognitive, talk, or prescription drug). You should also apologize to your family asap and tell them that you are willing to seek help.

I think you better go see a doctor, school counselor, or at least tell your parents.

You're 18 which means you can be tried as an adult for Assault & Battery. On top of that, if you hit the wrong person, you'll either get the crap beat out of you or worse.
