I've heard from that there's a law out there for not exceeding a certain amount of hours a day for work , Is this true, if so, it would be beneficial to helping me if u know a link or website . I've looked on many federal sites and state sites but no results

Federal law states there must be a minimum of an 8 hour break from the time you clock out to the time you clock back in. Call your labor board and file a complaint! You need to contact them ASAP!

As someone who works 10 hour shifts everyday..and doesnt mind, I..I know how streinuous it can be on the body and mind. I'm sure there are laws..I can't produce any links right now..I've also heard that there is a law stating that you have to at least be off from work for 8 hours or something until you return for your next shift..but, i've many times had to close at my store (2am) and had to return at 7 or 9 am the next day. I actually am pretty used to it...but yeah, for everyone its not too cool. Just google it.

Yes, 16 hours is legal. I don't have the link, but it is posted on Kentucky's labor law site.

contact the state labor board, in NY you MUST be given an 8 hour break after 16 hours of work, no if's and's or but's.....
