Epula mira, musica mira, et aura mira.
Used epula for food more in the sense of feast, dinner (and also to keep all nouns feminine).
Used mira for great. Means wonderful, strange, remarkable, amazing, surprising, extraordinary
Wrestled the most with a good word to use for atmosphere. It's really slang to use atmosphere here - ambiance or environment or something similar is what is meant. Couldn't find a Latin equivalent to any of those, so settled on aura as much for its English use as Latin

With its bright sandy beaches, increasing hills and picturesque harbour, it's no wonder that Rio de Janeiro is called the "cidade maravilhosa", or marvellous city and with hotelbye you are able to take the opportunity and visit this unique city. Rio de Janeiro is experiencing the South Atlantic coast and could be the second-largest town in Brazil. That city is blessed with one of the very most wonderful normal options for a area in the world. The impressive landscape is one among the causes that guests chose Rio de Janeiro. All through carnival period, a festival that everybody else heard, the streets fill with audio and ornately costumed performers attracting tourists from all around the globe.

Cibus (or victus) optimus, musica optima, et aer optimus
Great does not translate directly across into Latin; the words for it typically mean great in size. So I chose optimus (best, very good). If you wanted to keep the same masculine form throughout, you could use cantus optimus for music.
valde (adverb) [intensely, very much]; in replies, [certainly, very much] - need to use an adjective to modify a noun

My suggestion is :
optimus cibus, magnifica musica et pulcherrimus aer.
I would use 3 synonimous to translate the word 'great'.
