Anything can be expunged by the courts if you get a court order...but a lot depends on the situation, what you did, who you talk to and how you act towards the people involved. A lot of variables. If you show remorse, you might even get the officer to pull the report.

I respectfully disagree with the first 2 answers, quit answering questions that you don't know.

In five years, you can petition the state for an explungment hearing. IF your approved, this would take it off your record for good.

Nope never they say 7 years but that BS i had em pull up stuff i done 20 yrs ago and didnt even get convicted of no it never gos away

Yes, it's possible as part of a plea deal, or if you're pardoned by a head of state.

no. not unless you are under 18. once you turn 18 you get a clean record.

i think you have to wait 7 years and apply to the courts for a pardon
