Allow me to rephrase my earlier question since I seem to have been misunderstood. My long term girlfriend has moved three hours away. This allows us to see each other about once a month and things have been going well. I am seeking advice in spicing up the time between visits. I am looking for ideas to keep our sexual relationship strong when we can't see each other (something more than just phone sex). That and since she is not the most outgoing person when it comes to sex, how can I introduce some of the ideas without making her uncomfortable?

There are a lot of things you can do to keep things interesting. One would be texting dirty messages, or sending dirty pictures through camera phone or email. Also, you could get a webcam. That can be extremely hot. Phone sex is a little wierd for me too, and I'm not shy like you say your girlfriend is. The best way to introduce her to anything new is to make her feel like you think she is the hottest person in the world, and then tell her how hot it would make you feel if she would share in your fantasies. Then start slow. If you do use a webcam, start with more innocent things first, then work your way up. It can be incredibly intimidating for a person to bare themselves like that, even more so than having sex with someone.
