I have a faded sticker on my rear window that I would LOVE to take off because it has faded. The only problem is that I scared to just scrape it off in case I scrape off more then just the sticker like my tint on the window. Please help me with a safe solution to my problem.

Spray WD40 on the sticker and wait for about 10 minutes, then use a razor blade (be careful) to scrape it off. This is good for removing tags off of plastic or glass products you purchase.

You may also use fingernail polish, but be careful not to get it on the paint of your car.

use a nail polish remover liquid to loosen the adhesive from the window and scrub the sticker off. the liquid is not strong enough to affect the tint.

the warmth is the trick. each so often a hair dryer would not get it warm sufficient. in case you have a warmth gun, this could do the trick. flow away the warmth gun on the sticky label for a minute formerly you attempt to peel it off, then you definately can start to scrape it off with a plastic squeegee or spatula, in case you utilize a razor blade, confirm you have it angled sharply in the direction of the window. you will no longer choose any tension of anykind. as quickly as the sticky label is off, then you definately can use the alcohol or lighter fluid to do away with get admission to glue. I set up tint for a living.

tint is on the inside (hopefully!)
if the sticker is on the outside, just use windex or wd-40 and scrape away with no worries of messing up the tint.
if the sticker is on the inside,
idk. dont ever do that again!!
;)
