downloaded a video- and the picture and voice are not in sync?

is there anyway i can fix this?

Try using ConvertXtoDVD I have found it very useful for this type of thing...... it syncs the sound and video.

Separate the audio and video and sync them yourself.

If you have a Mac, iMovie is capable of this.

If you have a PC, I'm not sure what program you might use. Perhaps Avid or some other video editor. I don't think Windows Movie Maker would work.
