prove they aren't real, that's way harder.
if one steps towards you and says "hi I'm an alien, i may not look like one, but it's true, want some DNA to check?" then you proved aliens aren't real. to prove they aren't, you should investigate the whole ever expanding universe.
BTW, there where some dead flatworms found on mars, so, if you let this count as an alien, they do exist.

I can't give you proof , only say that I'm a multiple abductee.. 42 years they have been taking me.. Not for a while now though, and they are definitely real and here...
