The market is forever changing, however, you can be assured that the housing market will never diminish since people will always need a place to live. And with the upswing of Americans wanting to rid themselves of renting by owning a home, you will always make a living.

IT Sales is a Good Place to make some Dough---Long Term.
Short Run is tough---but its a great place to build a long term sales career----with repeat buisness. Usually you don't need a IT back ground either...they will train you for what you need to know.
1st year 35-45kish
2nd year 50-75kish
3rd year 80-100Kish
Many IT sales people making 2,3,4, and $500,000 a year
Places like CDW, PC MAll, PC CONNECTION, INSIGHT, ZONES

There is excellent income to be earned in health and wellness. I market only one product, but it's selling like crazy! Health is fast becoming a trillion dollar industry.
