Who knows... just because science hasn't found evidence, doesn't mean they never existed. The scientific community is kinda pompous when it comes to a lot of things -- always claiming to make discoveries of things that locals had known about for centuries.

we may never know.

they could of lived a long time ago and there fossils were destroyed by the earth's movements.

the only one that could be still living today would be the water dragon witch is ether at the bottom of the ocean or has changed form so that we would not recognize it as a dragons. for example the sea horse

I don't believe in the dragons in myth with all these powers and good or evil, but I do believe that dragons them-selves existed.

now for the others kenodo dragons are not dragon but the biggest monitor lizards. now there some other facts mixed up but I don't blame any body because it was hard for me to get it all strait.

discovery and animal planet did not say they real for fact they just said how they would live if they were.

I believe do you

This isn't quite accurate. Firstly, not every culture has dragons. As far as I know only Europeans and Chinese, and possibly Aztecs had dragons. Also note that the characteristics of these differ quite a bit; European dragons are big, leathery lizard types which breathe fire and fly. Chinese dragons, by contrast, are NOT primary associated with the element of fire, but rather water - most Chinese dragons live in rivers or the ocean, and their power is associated with rain and thunder-showers rather than with breathing fire; they're also more related to fish than to lizards. The word "lung" is translated as "dragon", but really they are quite different animals. So - no need to posit any real creatures, it's just two fantastic mythological beasts that have been wrongly lumped together.

If u were an ancient - primitive guy and found the remainings of dinosaurs u would be sooooo impressed that u would make up stories of dragons, giving them positive or negative characteristics. Thats what i think happened all over the world. Pterosaurus had wings too;-)

There are still dragons today, though not the ones from mythology. They are Kimodo Dragons and they are large lizards that hunt prey as big as dear!

people exaggerate, some nights went to the east (crusades) and sow the same big lizards (tough not huge and fire breathing) as the Chinese saw, but they never met. the Europeans killed the dragons en told stories about huge animals, the Chinese watched at them as gods, and gods are big... you do the rest
