I am trying to make this to put on my myspace page. I want a scroll box where I can insert pictures along with text.

Not sure what you are asking about, but JavaScript Scrolling DIV will do this for you.
Do a search in Google for that and see what comes up.
If you are wanting a textarea box with content in then have a look at textarea under html forms.
