Adderall, though not approved by the FDA for that purpose. You can tell a psychiatrist you have difficulty concentrating and voila!

It was some $20 a bottle supplement from Avon that I tried a few years ago. Can't remember what it was called. I've tried many others since and nothing has worked as well as it did. It not only suppressed, but eliminated, my appetite. I lost 30 pounds in only a couple months while taking it.

Stackers... with ephedra. About 4 years ago I took them for 4-6 months, I didnt get hungry, i ate about 2 meals a day plus a small snack and lots of water. I lost about 15 lbs in those first few months. I had alot of energy too. the only down side was that I had trouble concentrating sometimes.

Metabolife....has to be taken very cautiously and with a ton of water,...works wonders! - Cant STOP eating though, then it has bad efect on your system.
And by the way,...if you dont understand something...likely hood is that it is just because you havent undergone that ....
