I'm not familiar with those authors, but if you want some old chick-lits, you can probably find them at http://www.gutenberg.org/wiki/Main_Page

This site has free downloads of books that are no longer copyrighted. Try some Charlotte or Emily Bronte, or Louisa May Alcott books.

Some public libraries offer ebooks, too. The library buys the rights instead of the book, and you check out access with your card.
