Glue only sticks when exposed to the air for prolonged period of time, that's why you keep the cap on. leave the cap off and it will stick to the inside of the bottle

Because their is no air in the bottle messing with the molecules in the glue. As soon as you open the bottle, air hits the glue making it stick.

lOL, GLUE DOES NOT STICK TO THE INSIDE OF THE BOTTLE BECAUSE IT IS SEALED FROM AIR, AIR DRIES IT OUT. TRY REMOVING THE CAP AND LEAVE IT FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS AND THE GLUE WILL MOST LIKELY BE DRY...YOU MUST HAVE AIR FLOW==== I KNOW THIS IS ALL CAPS.. I HADNT REALIZED UNTIL I TYPED THIS AND I DONT WANT TO REDO IT
