am of female 21 years..and my physic is not bad except my tummy now a days..my height is 5.6 and of weight 65..now a days i can see my stomach bulging outside..currently am working and i think its becoz my job nature as i always sit infront of my PC. am doubting whether its coz ofcontinous sitting..im taking some excersises every day morning and ter is no change i can see..plz suggest me some better advices.

By doing exercise for 45 minutes with the tummy tuck machine every morning for four to six months, you should have a flat tummy. The same can be achieved by regularly visiting the gym for an hour every day for 4 to five months.

Always follow this rule
You should take food in such a way that, stomach has only 50% food, and 25% water.
Leave the balance 25% as empty.

Do lot of physical work or activities or take a good walking of 6 kms every day.
In Just 6 months you will be alright.

Morning 1to 11/2 Litres Water Compulsory, Tiffin as you like After noon meals just 50%,Night -Ots or Flour items 50% No side dish

Excercise - very light walking 6 kms

there is only one thing which can be more fruitful and also very easy to do .eat salad ( mix salad would do great consisting carrats .radish,cucumber, could put tomato and onion also to make it more pleasing to tounge with garnishing of coriander leaves , would be great if u could put olive oil in that but not compulsory) in the dinner with no carbohydrates.
you can take diet 4 times a day with a break of 3 hours
don't cocentrate on cutting down carbohydrates but take only salad at night .go on a walk after dinner.
dont decrease the amount of food you have been taking now but manage it in the diets before dinner . it really work wonders u'll notice it regardless
eat healthy and stay healthy

Your height (h)= 5' 6' = 165 cm =1.65 m

(h2) =( 1.65 *1.65)= 2.7225

Your weight =55 Kgms.

Your Body Mass Index(BMI) = (55/2.7225)= 20.20

Your under weight as per your BMI
BMI =24 to 26 (Normal )
BMI = 26 to 30 ( Over weight)
BMI greater than 30 Obesity.
MBI beow 24 under weight.
You need not aim to reduce you weight,but you need exercise for the stomach.
Pull you stomach a no. of times a day.
Cosult a gym instructor and carry ou his instructions.

do not use water during meal n after meal (approximately half n hour).
