No Honey, the muscles in your tummy protect your reproduction organs. Now, if you haven't worked out in a while, you'll be very sore but not injured. Good Question tho

No, our bodies are made very efficiently for being able to work in all sorts of professions involving moving, stretching etc. And if that was the case we would not have any female gym instructors.
Having said that, if you have any concerns about your reproductive health have a check up.
We are all supposed to have a medical check up before beginning exercising.

I would ask a dr that one but I can say that when I tried to do crunches it hurt my uterus a lot but the reason it did that was because it was aggrivating an already existing medical problem.

NO! But if you have an ovarian cyst, it can hurt when you do crunches, but it won't cause harm to your ovaries.

ovaries inside, muscles, outside, just under the skin, sooo you'd have to be creative to move your muscles and get somethin internal
