Great question and thanks The answer remains the same today as it was a thousand years ago. No baby was born to hate No baby was born to kill.Someone taught that child to hate Islam or the Jews.Someone taught that child to hate the whites Asians gays,blacks.browns.Hindus. next door.Some people may be more humane and more cruel.We are the ones who point the child in the direction he/she will go.

Why are some people beautiful & some ugly, why are some intelligent & some stupid, why are some people kind and others cruel?
Nature & nurture. We are born with certain qualities & tendencies (God-given traits), then we are affected by our environment, how we were raised and socialized by parents, peers, the world we experience.
Show me a person who is cruel & inhumane & I'll guarantee you he/she was not loved as a child. Love is a necessity, without it we can not live. If you aren't taught love, if you experience hate & cruelty instead then you become cruel & hateful. Bad parenting, bad experiences, bullying and abuse could scar someone for life. This is not to say that everyone who is abused becomes an abuser. Some go the opposite way & become advocates for victims who look out for those who are abused. Some become very loving. But others will be poisoned by negative experiences, so wrapped up in their own pain that they spew venom at the world & make it pay for hurting them.
Monsters aren't born. They're made. Torture, neglect and abuse a child & what do you expect him to be? Teach him to hate & he will. We learn more in the first 5 years of life than we do in the rest of our lives. It shapes who we will become. That's why being a parent is such an enormous responsibility. It is the most important job in the world. Some children weren't wanted. They are even told this. They are abused or abandoned. Is it any wonder then that they turn evil?
We are not all the same. We are all unique with different gifts, weaknesses, etc. We are not God's puppets. He gives us freewill. He leaves us to live our lives as best we can. We make our own choices. We all have different experiences, some worse than others but we choose how we react to them.
Some people are kind because they were taught to love but also because they choose to be humane. Others are cruel because they learned that the world is a harsh place & you must kill or be killed, they still choose to act this out however. Some people overcome the most harsh adversities & achieve greatness and great kindness.

scientifically speaking it's some genetic shortfalls which bring in lot of variations, both positive and negative, in human beings. Don't forget that God has also created throns along with roses. He gives everything to every one. The art of understanding and behaving is solely the responsibility of every individual.
Education, culture, exposure, upbringing, understanding the nature around you etc. go into the making of good people. Even the cruel have a sympathetic heart. Try to understand them and the above question will become insignificant.

Though all human beings are having common nature like emotions,caring nature,anger,hatrism,affecetions.But very few people are having total control on expressing it.Thats why some people can be termed as Humane and some can be termed Cruel

It is because as with everything in life, there must be a Ying and a Yang. To all things there must exist an opposite. Darkness to light, warm to cold, cruel to humane. The lack thereof would not allow us to observe the differences in the world. An inability to perceive evil in the world would not allow us to see the need for love.

No doubt that everything is gifted by God is same but on the other hand by God's rules only that human unequals it and can't share it for many reasons inevitable. It is not easy to understand and need thoroughly deep inspection.

Wrong concept. GOD died long back without writing a will. People are curel because they are attached to their feelings and possession and thinks those are eternal. Some leave everything out of fear of these people. Very few stand still whether they are near/around wealth or filth or nothingness.

I have two pets dogs, people come to me to talk about them and also ask me if they can pat them etc.
Next minute you see the same person throwing stones at sleeping stray dogs. What is the difference between my dogs and the poor stray dogs.
What happens to these human beings.

Wherever action is there, there will be reaction. It is a scientific principle. Reaction with human beings are depend upon our behaviour, If we behave well with other, we are sure to receive good positive reaction otherwise it will the otherway.
