Kobe Bryant is the best clutch player in the NBA hands down. Other players have hit clutch shots, but no where near the number of shots Kobe has hit when it matters. The Lakers-Phoenix game is an example of that, in which he hit two consecutive clutch shots to win the game. Even guys like Lebron have said Kobe has the "killer-instinct" at the end of games that he doesn't have. So, Kobe is the most clutch player in the NBA.

Of All Time - Reggie Miller

It is easy to say Jordan but even Jordan once said " I missed more game winners then I made."

Currently - Kobe Bryant

2 or 3 years ago I would say Robert Horry, but if I had to take 1 player to take a shot with the game on the line. Give me Kobe Bryant

I'd say most clutch shooter in the NBA today is Chauncey Billups, he hasn't had many GW shots at the end this year, cause really every game the Pistons have won this year haven't had any need for a last second shot and won by like 5+ in almost every W, even every loss they've had haven't had any game winning situations, but if any team is down to a last second shot give the ball to Chauncey "Mr Big Shot" Billups

Dwyane Wade, Sam Cassell, and Robert Horry TIED

Watch the 2006 NBA Finals and you will see why D-Wade is clutch,
you can also go with Sam Cassell, he is fearless with the game on the line and sinks the big ones, and Robert Horry still lurks around in San Antonio, a man who is a mediocre player in the regular season always manages to hit a HUGE shot in the playoffs, cmon thats clutch.

I would go by time:

35 seconds: T-Mac
8.9 seconds: Reggie Miller
2.3 seconds: Kobe
0.4 seconds: Derek Fisher
0.1 seconds: David Lee

I would like the ball in T-Mac's hands with the game on the line and only enough time for one last shot. If there's enough time for a full possession I'd like the ball in Dirk's hands
