Advice:
at night put a towel over her cage, to give her extra added privacy and please don't be checking in on her constantly because your just going to spook her and cause her stress to the point of either eatting the babies or causing birthing problems which wouldn't be good either.

hang in there my guinea pig had her babies really late but when they came they were standing up straight away and talking. not to mention running around

take her to the vet. one of the babies could be blocking the birth canal and she may need a c-section.

she will start to pull at her bedding to turn it into a nest.when you see her do this its a sure sign of whats to follow quite soon after
