Mary Jane as in marijuana? drink a lot of water. is's usually out of your system after a month.

There's nothing you can do to speed up the metabolysm of marijuana in your system. THC, just like EtOH (Ethyl Alcohol, the stuff booze is made from) metabolizes at a set rate, and there's NOTHING that can speed up this rate.
Most THC will be out of your system in 30 days, except for your hair...THC can remain in your hair follicles for up to 90 days. That's why a lot of agencies requiring extensive background checks aren't doing urine tests for drugs anymore, they're testing hair follicles.
The easiest way to avoid worrying about this is to simply not smoke pot.
