I'm going to a party in about an hours time and I have found out that we have to go dressed as a super hero. Does anyone have any ideas of a costume I can make out of everyday household objects?

Dress like "Pillow-case Man"
Its a real cheap and effective costume, and if "Pillow-case Man" doesn't work for you, you can claim to be "Sack-boy" (Pillow-case Man's unofficial sidekick)

Now, let me get this straight. Your FRIENDS invite you to a party, but forget to tell you that it’s a super hero theme costume party…? Are you sure they’re not playing a practical joke on you…? They don’t sound like such good friends.
