I think to ask such a question, you must live a very protected life, away from newspapers, TV etc.
Best get a TV set and buy newspapers everyday, if that does not help make as many friends as possible, they might give you a clue, but anyway my clue to you, AMERICA. Or else think where dogs lift their legs to do pee, BUSH.

yes it's true that we will be the sole responsible for the world war,or the war b/w two nations ,be whoever they will be.
B'coz it's a common fact that no civilians go for a war,not even a soldier go for a war on his own will,it is only the persons siting with all powers of administration & judiciary of nations can declare the war,but think aho has given them the power to do so,they are powerful to make decisions for us for our country.
see no civillians wants the war,they are against it,but it's only we who had selected these leaders to make decisions for us,so why to worry if they make such decisionns which are not for our benefits.we should be responsible towards our duty to select only those who can work for the allround development of our country as well as for all of us.
moreover it's the greed of sum leaders who wants to make themselves as well as their nations the most powerful in this world.THE LACK of responsiblities of all of us as well as those of our reprensentives in world platform will be completely responsible for next war .

I must agree that our US of A is the most aggressive imperialistic country around right now, so its us.
Read the Project for a New American Century, "Rebuilding America's Defenses".
It says we SHOULD dominate because we CAN. I dont agree though
