how can i shift strat menu back to the bottom of the window

right click on it and make sure its not locked, then all you do is click and hold on it with the left mouse button and drag it back down the bottom of the screen

You just dragged it there.

Click and drag the menu bar back to the bottom (or side if you like).

Then click on the very top line of the menu bar, and drag it back down to a normal height.

Once you have it the way you want, right click on the menu bar again, and select Lock. This will help reduce the chance of doing it again.

step 1: Right click on the taskbar and make sure that the taskbar is not locked.. If the "lock the taskbar" option is selected, you just deselect it

step 2: Click and hold the taskbar and drag it to the bottom.
You can drag it to any of the four sides according to your wish...

Step 3: Now right click the taskbar again and select "lock the taskbar" to avoid the accidental misplacing of the taskbar again in the future.

click on an empty area of it and drag it back down. Move your cursor to the top of it to get a resize icon to make it small again
