You do not mention which country we're talking about.
However, I'm in England, and I'd say Two Fat Ladies were the best until one of them kicked the bucket. All the others I like, but tend to have something wrong with them.
Gordon Ramsey = great great cook, bad attitude, too black & white
Jamie Oliver = good cook but nothing special, a good man also, but never understoof his support for sainsbury's as supermarkets will ultimately be the death of any creativity in this country.
Nigella Lawson = **** recipes
Delia Smith = great recipes, but too mumsy and boring

Gordon Ramsey, excellent chef tells it like it is, and is strangely sexy too and i would so love to get into an argument with the bloke, i think he would have defiantly met his match

Gee that's easy, his name is or was Hiroyuki Sakai, he was one of the original Iron Chefs, he's awesome.
I like Mario Batalli and although Bobby Flay is a bit on the show off side I gotta admit he has talent.
