I like Discovery better as it has more variety of interesting programing in medical, science, as well as nature.

I don't get National Geographic so I guess it would be the Discovery Channel. I personally like Discovery Health and my favorite would have to be Dr. G the medical examiner.

They are both about the same I even believe they are owned by the same company.
