I've mostly used Maybelline mascara my entire life, first the little white one, then the pink and green (sorry, can't remember their specific logos). But now that I'm older and my lashes are thinner -- yet I don't want to overdo my "look" --
I still use Maybelline -- "Full and Soft" waterproof mascara. I like the brush shape; it's easy to apply; and it looks so natural!!

I have found that they are all pretty much the same - its the application that makes the difference. What works for me (I have long lashes anyway) - apply the mascara by "wobbling" the brush side to side as you move up the lash.
Once you've applied the first coat use a soft toothbrush to go over the lashes to "unclog" anything. Repeat if needed.
Don't be be fooled by all the fancy new products with different brushes etc, just as long you remember to replace your mascara every few months to reduce eye infections etc, and once in while wash the brush with hot soapy water (rinse well!) to remove old clumps on the brish.
Good luck!

ive tried tons of mascaras and the best two are Dior Show and LashFusion. They both give you perfect long clump free lashes. Dior Show is about $23 and LashFusion is $39. Dont be afraid to invest money in a good mascara because its worth it!
good luck!

The best overall mascara is "Dior Show" by Christian Dior...its got a fat brush and does not clump even after lots of coats! You'll get people asking you if your lashes are real! Believe me...its the best!!

Believe it or not, I was watching E one night and they were asking celebs what mascara they use and most of them said the plain old maybeline, the one in the pink and green. Amazing huh.

You already have your answer but just wanted to confirm.....Dior, Dior. Dior!! For full, false lash look. For more natural, Laura Mercier.

LashFusion or Dior Show. Great mascaras but are somewhat costly. You can find them at sephora.com.
