I got mad because I was late for work driving in my BMW & the girl in front of me was driving slow.

Once you accept that most people (including yourself) do unsafe things while driving, you will not be mad at them for tail gating, going slow or even almost running you off the road. Instead, you will be happy that you made it to your destination unscathed.
Instead of getting mad at people for almost hitting me, I think something like "Wow, I am freaking awesome for avoiding that. Damn, I should drive in Nascar." I know it's goofy but it makes me laugh.

I just found out today that AFI was playing at a Cal State near my house this coming Sat March 3rd. Of course all the tickets were sold out, and the ones I could find were all in the PIT area. So I won't get to see them. I live about five minutes away! They'll be so close, yet so far!!! I was very upset about this! GRRRR.......

If by "mad" you mean annoyed to the extreme, then nothing. I was born mad, i.e. mentally, slightly off course; two cans short of a six-pack; five cards short of a full pack, and so forth. Have a good day!

Swirving off the road from bad weather, having my cell phone's battery die when trying to call for help, paying to get towed out of a ditch, losing my credit card, and forgetting half my luggage at home.
I rarely have bad days, so when they happen, it comes all at once. At least my car's ok.

I get mad if I think someone looks at me the wrong way. I went out to dinner & this woman was staring at me. so me being me starting yelling is there something I can do for you or does my beauty just amaze you that you can't stop staring. With that my teen daughter walked out of the resteraunt. Apparently I embarrased her.

I got mad at people at the grocery store who won't say excuse me, they just get right in front of you like you arent even there. It really pissed me off.
